Order Processing
Except as otherwise stated on our website, orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after noon or on weekends and holidays may begin processing the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping charges are based on your destination and the shipping method you select at checkout. Our current rates are:
- Canada – Standard: $12 CAD (free on orders over $75)
- Canada – Express: $20 CAD
- United States – Standard: $15 (free on orders over $100)
- United States – Express: $25
- Europe – Standard: $30
- Europe – Express: $55
Address accuracy
Please enter your complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or extra charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Shipping restrictions
We ship to Canada, the United States, and Europe. Some products may not be available for shipping to certain destinations. If we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you and refund the affected items.
